Each product page contains a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself carefully and comparing your measurements to the chart provided, as our sizes may vary based on the style and era of the costume. When in doubt, channel your inner strategist and measure twice!

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

All our meticulously crafted costumes embark on their global journey from our headquarters in Newark, US. After you order, we take 1-2 business days to ensure every stitch is perfect and package your item securely.

🚀 Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Typically arrives within 10-15 business days after shipping.
🎁 Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS. Typically arrives within 15-25 business days after shipping.

Do you ship to my realm?

We ship our costumes globally, uniting fans across the world! However, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote locations and parts of Asia. If you have a specific concern about your address, please contact our support team before your quest begins.

What is your return policy?

If your costume doesn’t fit the vision you dreamed of, your journey isn’t over. We offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
