1. The Quest for Satisfaction: Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed costumes within 15 days of you receiving the item. The garment must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Important Scroll of Knowledge: For the health and safety of all members of our realm, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items, due to their intimate nature and the difficulty in ensuring they remain pristine for the next adventurer:
- Bald Caps & Makeup Products
- Wigs (unless defective upon arrival)
- Specialty Hosiery & Footwear (unless defective upon arrival)
- Custom-Made or Altered Garments (e.g., specific size adjustments beyond our standard offerings)
- Any item clearly marked as “Final Sale”
Please choose these items with great care, as they are considered final once they leave our guild.
2. Initiating Your Return or Exchange: The Sacred Ritual
To begin your return or exchange, you must first summon our support guild via email. Please follow these steps:
- Send a Raven (Email): Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our Customer Support Guild at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure your message contains all necessary scrolls of information.
- Await Our Response: A dedicated guild member will respond to your raven within 1-2 business days, providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item. Do not send any items back without an RMA number; we cannot process returns that arrive unannounced.
- Dispatch the Item: Carefully pack the unwanted costume in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number, name, and order number. Ship the package to the address provided by our support guild. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our guild hall.

4. The Replenishment of Your Gold: Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our guild hall (located at 853 Lake Floyd Circle, Newark, US 19711), we will process your request.
- Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by our guild, plus additional time for your financial institution to post it to your account. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We will dispatch the new item to you as soon as possible, following the same shipping methods and timelines as a new order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item and for us to send the new one, unless the original item was defective or we made an error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items: A Different Path
If your costume arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please summon us immediately at [email protected]. We will swiftly correct our error and cover all associated shipping costs. Please include photographs of the damage or the incorrect item in your email.
