By accessing and using the EpicCosplay Shop website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

As an adventurer in our realm, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the ordering process
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our service without express written permission
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make purchases

3. Products and Services Description

EpicCosplay Shop specializes in high-quality costumes and accessories for cosplay enthusiasts, historical reenactors, and themed event attendees. Our collection includes:

• Historical costumes (e.g., 18th Century Marie Antoinette Dress, 19th Century Biedermeier Costume)
• Character cosplay outfits (e.g., Aerith Gainsborough Cosplay Costume, Akademia Himiko Toga Costume)
• Themed costumes (e.g., Alice in Wonderland, 80s Pimp costume)
• Accessories and related items

4. Order and Payment Terms

Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is officially accepted when we send a confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed between you and EpicCosplay Shop.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods:

• MasterCard
• JCB
• PayPal

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the right to use the payment method.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After this period, orders in production cannot be cancelled, especially custom-made items.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to dispatch your orders swiftly to ensure they reach you in time for your adventures:

• Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (longer during peak seasons)
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed costumes within 15 days of delivery. The garment must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our Customer Support Guild at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the EpicCosplay Shop website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of EpicCosplay Shop or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Many of our costumes are inspired by popular characters from media. These designs are created as fan tributes and are not official licensed merchandise unless specifically stated. EpicCosplay Shop does not claim ownership of the intellectual property of the original character creators.

You may not use our content for commercial purposes without express written permission from EpicCosplay Shop.

8. Limitation of Liability

EpicCosplay Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any products purchased through our service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on our service
• Any other matter relating to our service

Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy document for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
